Cadets parade on Thursday evenings during the school term, receiving theoretical or practical training in a variety of subjects.

On many weekends we provide additional training and activities in more practical areas, to give cadets the chance to exercise the skills they learn on parade nights.

Weekend activities include boating (sailing, fishing, water-skiing etc), abseiling, target shooting, bushcraft and a number of other exercises too numerous to mention here.

During most school holiday periods, cadets are given the opportunity to travel (courtesy of the New Zealand Defense Force) to Deface bases around New Zealand for specialist or leadership training. Rafting
